Historical context
Web-Code.org previously existed as an English-language “Web coding journal” with coding resources, tools and a community forum. Its JavaScript Escape / Unescape Converter was referenced by developer communities, security researchers and Google Campaign Manager documentation.
The former site later became inactive. Historical traces also show unrelated spam and automated content associated with the domain during later periods. Those phases are not treated as part of the original editorial project.
An independent reconstruction
The current Web-Code.org is an independent rebuild. It does not claim continuity with or endorsement by the former operators. Historical functions are reimplemented with newly written code; old texts, graphics and software are not republished where rights are unclear.
Maintainer
Web-Code.org is maintained by Oliver Jordanov, a consultant working on technical SEO, search systems, semantic architecture and AI visibility.
Editorial principles
- Prefer small, working tools over broad collections of generic utilities.
- Distinguish deprecated compatibility modes from current standards.
- Process tool input locally whenever possible.
- Document uncertainty instead of presenting historical reconstruction as fact.
- Correct technical errors transparently.
